Favorite place to ride:
-
Ryan Nyquist
Jaycee Park in Greenville, because that's where all my friends ride. There's no better place to ride than when all your friends shred the gnar.

What are you looking forward to this year?
-
Ryan Nyquist
Not traveling as much as last year. Last year I traveled so much that it burned me out, so I'm looking into having a week at home during month -- maybe even two. This year I'm not doing any MSS contests and no King of Dirt, if they have them. And the European stuff; there is so much going on that I could spend a month and a half in Europe if I wanted to.

I'm not that much of a rollercoaster guy, but I couldn't pass this up. I almost blacked out and puked from the G-forces.

Craziest place BMX has taken you:
-
Ryan Nyquist
Probably an all-you-can-shop shopping spree at DKNY in New York… and a flight in a MIG fighter jet --- it was like the ultimate rollercoaster. I'm not that much of a rollercoaster guy, but I couldn't pass this up. I almost blacked out and puked from the G-forces. I had the barf bag out and was ready. They shoot a video of you during the ride, and the video shows my the transformation from all stoked to sick.

Bell
What gets you motivated to ride?

Bell moment:
-
Ryan Nyquist
At Woodward West I was messing around and tried a rocket-barspin-flip into the foam… There is so much going on in that trick that I shouldn't have tried it without fully being prepared. I ended up jumping out of it and landed in the foam, and the bars hit me right above the temple. It totally cracked the foam in the helmet, but I was fine.
