Fun people. Dennis McCoy is coming here soon, and it’s fun with new people. We have a good regular crew of guys with good attitudes. With fun people it’s not a grind; it’s just fun sessions.”

Craziest place BMX has taken you:
-
Dave Mirra
It’s taken me to me dreams, you know. It came from a childhood dream seeing riders in magazines and wondering what that’s like, and riding got me here. You know, going to different places is cool, but I got to live my childhood dream.

What gets you motivated to ride?
-
Dave Mirra
Goals. If I go out there without goals, I don’t have fun. I need to have a mindset to learn and have fun with it. Sometimes I go out and I’m doing the same things and it feels like I’m in a rut and burnt out. I need goals and ideas and change things.”

Bell moment:
-
Dave Mirra
Mat Hoffman turned me onto Bell a long time ago when he had a Moto 4 and 5. I was so excited when my Moto 5 came in the mail. I’ve always liked Bell for the feel. I’ve tried different types of helmets and got knocked out, so Bell is definitely the best for me — and I’m not just saying that because they are my sponsor.
